- At least 3 years of Experience at the same Position.

- Prefer to have Experience in Massive Recruitment.

- Advanced command of English language

- bachelor’s degree.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

#Responsibilities:

- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews). - Design and update job descriptions

- Source potential candidates from various online channels

- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates .

- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

- Able to hire Blue collars

- Develop strong recruitment packages

- Making recommendations to company For Recruitment Process .

- Marinating a database of candidates, work with documentation.
