Financial associate at Vodafone international services

My name is Aya Mosaad. I am graduated from Al-Alsun Faculty at Ain Shams university in 2017. I have 7 years experience working in the german market. I started in 2016 my career working as customer service associate in an international corporation “Concentrix”, then i was promoted as quality coach and senior quality evaluator. I worked also for 2 years as quality supervisor managing the performance of 200 FTEs for one of the important clients in the Company”Amazon.de”. In 2021 I started a new position in Vodafone international services as a german financial associate.
