Projects Manager

As an Operations Manager, I lead and initiate projects that enhance business operations, financial oversight, and resource management. I ensure that projects meet the deadlines, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining workplace safety and efficiency. I also manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies, and negotiate with vendors to lower costs and diversify capabilities. I have a degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University and a certification in Mastering Business Development from ESLSCA Business School Paris. I have a strong background in accounting principles, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial management, which I apply to monitor and report on the performance and outcomes of projects. I am also skilled at problem solving, communication, and multitasking, which enable me to identify and resolve issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. I am passionate about creating and improving processes, empowering and mentoring the team, and delivering value to the organization.
