I'm a Mechanical engineer with 15 years working experience at the field of production ,maintenance and operations I've very good experience is cost control , waste elimination and resources allocation My working experience is summarized in -Managing all supply chain operations including inventory,procurement,planning and logistics -Managing the processes operations and monitoring production execution -Standardize the Supply chain KPIs and making improvement action plans -Directing Factory team in setting up operations parameters and utilizing raw materials usage -Managing the Production plans -Setting up scheduled preventive maintenance -Determination of bottle neck points and remapping the value stream for process required allocation whether human resources or materials or budgets My Strengths are Problem solver, professional planning skills, presentable , excellent time management skills Root cause analysis professional and operational excellence according to business strategy My work scope is always to be a very good leader to achieve targets on time and deliver up-to-date vision of the company strategy to the employees and the customers I lead a complete project of transforming a manufacturing field into lean factory using lean manufacturing tools starting from - Changing the complete layout and setting up the ideal layout to eliminate 8 wastes - Applying methodologies like TQM , TPM , Autonomous maintenance and Kanban system - Restructuring the company heirarchy to serve the work flow effectively with the effective number of engineers and labours - Implementation of new technology process to eliminate defects Main rules are executing business plan and managing departments to achieve targets using methods of stable and sustain supply chain to achieve sales plans and annual production plan My point lesson of success is "Hard work and continues learning are always the keys for success"
