We are hiring a junior data analyst to build a simple and clean Power BI dashboard based on a sample dataset provided (e.g., employee data, sales data, or survey results).
The goal is to visualize key insights and allow dynamic filtering using slicers.
(Requirements)
- Use Power BI Desktop
- Familiarity with visuals and basic DAX functions (e.g., COUNT, AVERAGE)
- Neat visual layout
- Use sample/mock data only
Dataset: Employee data (~150 rows)
Fields: Department, Gender, Age, Salary, Status (Active/Left), Joining Year
(Objectives):
- Total employees
- Average salary by department
- Gender distribution
- Employee attrition by year
- Slicer to filter by department
- Note: Dataset will be provided in Excel format.
