A well-known medically tailored nutrition & food service provider is looking for a “Customer Service Intern”:

*Location: Sheikh Zayed

*Job Type: Internship (remote-working / working from home)

*Job Duties:

•Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

• Take the extra mile to engage customers

• Responsible for our social media channels moderation

*Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates

• Fluent English Language is a MUST •

Excellent Communication Skills

• Excellent Negotiation Skills

• Attentive to details

• 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed residents are preferred
