- Description: We are looking for an HR Analytics expert to develop an interactive dashboard that tracks employee performance metrics, including productivity, engagement, and turnover rates. The dashboard should provide actionable insights based on data trends. - Requirements: o Proven experience in HR data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). o Strong understanding of key HR metrics and predictive analytics. o Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (HRIS, surveys, performance reviews). o Excellent communication skills to present findings in a clear, business-oriented manner. - Provided Data : 1. Excel File (Data.xlsx) containing: o Employee ID, Name, Department, Date of Hire o Monthly Absence Rate o Overtime Hours o Annual Performance Rating (Scale: 1-5) o Employee Turnover Data (Last 3 Years) o Employee Satisfaction Survey Results (Scale: 1-10)
